Practical information and rules
Welcome to our holiday villa Moravia. We will be pleased if you feel at home here and make use of the comfort of all the facilities and options we offer. At the same time, we would appreciate it if you could respect certain rules and treat the property with care and respect, just as you would your own home. We purchased the house in the autumn of 2023 and it has undergone significant renovation. Every stay here has been filled with hard work and thinking about how best to turn the purchased property into a comfortable summer apartment, which will undoubtedly create an unforgettable experience for your summer vacation in Sardinia.
Kateřina, Petr, and their children.
Therefore, we kindly ask you to follow these guidelines
- Whenever you leave the apartment, please make sure that all electrical appliances are turned off, lights are off, and the air conditioning is set to an appropriate temperature. Please do not set the air conditioning to a low temperature while windows and doors are open simultaneously, as it is unnecessary to waste energy this way. Please think of nature.
- Keep the apartment clean and tidy, and sort your waste. In the Costa Paradiso area, waste collection does not happen directly from the house; instead, you need to take the waste to containers, which are quite numerous in the area. The nearest containers are about 50 meters from the apartment. If you head down the adjacent street towards the sea, you will come to a small parking lot where on the right side there is a wooden enclosure with various containers. The basic sorting categories here are plastics, paper, glass, and organic waste.
- If you use the grills to prepare food, please make sure to put them back in the same condition you found them in.
- In our apartment, we have a maximum electricity consumption limit of 6 kW. This is sufficient for regular use, but if you turn on multiple energy-intensive appliances, the circuit breaker may trip. You will find the fuse box to the left of the upper entrance gate.
- Please always park only above the apartment in the parking space belonging to our villa. Do not park in the adjacent alley leading to the parking lot (down towards the sea). Municipal patrols make regular rounds and move through this street every day, so it is necessary to allow them free passage.
- Until a new pool is built and the area behind the house is renovated (we have been waiting a long time for government permits), we have decided on a temporary solution in the form of an above-ground pool. This solution is truly provisional; we decided to provide this pool mainly for the children. Please be careful and keep your children under constant supervision.
- Please be considerate of other people in the surrounding apartments who are on vacation just like you, and observe quiet hours from 10 PM.
- Thank you very much for adhering to the above rules. Enjoy your vacation at our accommodation, and we look forward to perhaps another visit next year. :-)
- On the day of departure, please leave the apartment by 10 AM and return the keys to the key box (lockable box) where you found them upon arrival.
- If any incident occurs and damage is done to the equipment, please report it as soon as possible. We will come to an agreement as reasonable people. The sooner we know about a problem, the sooner we can start solving it.
